    Most racks use belly heat in the form of flexwatt. Not sure what your planning, or what kind of rack your talking about. Pics or more details would help.

    Hmm definitely use uth or back heat for rack systems but I've never seen any uth wrapped in aluminum foil tape? Not seeing your vision here, please explain so we can help and avoid a fire :)
