I fed my 5 mo old baby ball python last Sunday, wondering if I can feed her on Saturday too ? instead of sunday again.

Definitally! You can feed them every 4-5 days, especially when they're young. When I got mine, I fed her every Wednesday and Saturday. She never denied a meal!! That is until I had to switch to frozen/thawed....:(
