    Terrarium size!
Hey so I just bought myself a terrarium for my new bp, I wanted to get everything set up before I bring him home. So the guy at the reptile store told me that the 18"x18"x12" would be a good size for a single male for the snakes life. I am just a little skeptical about how much room I have. Any thoughts?

That seems a little small in my opinion. Once full grown a tank that size wouldn't offer much of a thermal gradient. As an adult I believe a ball python needs at least 24" of width and 12" of height when it comes to a display terrarium. I would recommend a Zilla 40 gallon terrarium which is something close to 36"X16"X16" as an ideal home.

Okay thanks a lot! So will I be okay to keep this for a young bp? And upgrade in the future?

Yes, what you have will probably be good for at least a year. As long as you have appropriately sized hides and have a good thermal gradient.
