    very nice looking boa. from what I can see its bci but some better overhead shots would give us a better idea. very light coloration. I dig it! thanks for sharing

    Can't really tell by looking, it will depend on its pedigree or how well you can find out its lineage. There is enough variance in the "markers" for both BCC and BCI that it is pretty much impossible to tell them apart by visual markers alone. If you are not able to find out then it can be referred to as BCU for "boa constrictor unknown". Most important is that your friend has a healthy and happy boa. Great looking snake!

    Very nice snake. It does look like a BCI from this pic. If you can post up a better pic, I might say it has some BCC influence, but it's hard to tell at the moment.

    Weird - what's going on with all the BCIs "with BCC influence" lately???
