    Healthy weight?
I was just wondering what the average weight for a 6 mo male BP? I got my pied on 11/15/12 and he weighed 89g. Just weighed him today and he's 233g. Is that a normal weight?

Not sure what avg is....but my male BP is 5-6 months old. About 3 weeks ago, he weighed 261g. He ate his first rat yesterday, so I'm expecting him to start growing a bit more.

If he's not skinny - BPs, even babies, should be more round than triangular - then he's okay. It's tough to say what exactly a snake should weigh at a certain age because it depends on how they're fed and how often. My girl went from ~100g to ~250g in 2.5 months without missing a meal. I fed 10-15% every 5 days. She was probably 6 months old at that point but it's impossible to tell because I had horrible self-control and bought her from Petsmart.

Ok, I was just wondering since he's my first bp :) He eats 1 small and 1 med mouse (about 30-35g total) every Monday. I'm going to start him on rat weanlings soon. His body is round not triangular. I wasn't worried about him being to skinny, I was actually wondering if I may be over feeding him?

30g is the most I would feed a ~200 gram snake, but since you're only feeding once a week, a bit more should be okay. You could also do a rat pup every 5 days, they tend to average 20 grams apiece. Sounds like you're on the right track, I wouldn't worry too much.
