Rich Goldzung Reptile basics

Not that it's not already known, but Rich from RBI is the man. I got a few hides in today, one happened to have a corner broken off. So I emailed him and told him about it. No questions asked he said he's shipping me another one in the morning. Now that's customer service at its best folks!

Rich is awesome. Awhile back I ordered some stuff and fed ex "delivered" it, except it wasn't on my porch. I emailed him, and he said he would resend. Apparently after I had called fed ex and told them they didn't leave it on my porch, they figured out where they left it, and I had it the next day. So he didn't have to, but he was right on it and ready to just please the customer and deal with the rest later. Yay Rich!

Yay Rich! He's amazing. I ordered the 12 inch tape for a rack we're building but found out about the 6 inch right after I got it and felt it would be a better size. I emailed him figuring there was no way to do an exchange but still wanted to check. He said to just send the 12inch back and he switched it out for the 6 and figured out the difference.
He always emails back super quick too.
In the future I'm going to buy most of supplies from Rich, he's seriously earned my business.

I ordered an ultra therm that arrived in perfect condition lol. He also gave me an ETA for their availability on the website within an hour of my asking.

They are a great company, they definitely are impressionable with great service.

Rich is amazing! I have ordered several times from him. If I get my order in in the morning, he ships that day. I've always gotten my stuff the very next day from him - can't beat that! He is also super nice and helpful... He's for sure won my business.
