Anyone seen this rack before?

I just picked it up off of craigslist and thought it was cool, it holds critter keepers and has back heat cable. The top cage is a cage with a divider in the middle. Kinda wondering if anyone knows who makes these or may have made it (no marks but pvc style and professionally done) I gotta clean it but not bad for 100 bucks and a rat cage. Looks like a nice display cage for a shop, nice chairs by the way!
