    Idea for a new hide
The hide I'm using can only fit one way in my tank and it's starting to get hard for her to get in and out of it. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can use that's narrow and has an opening in the font?

cut or burn another hole on the side? By burn I mean, take a solder iron and melt the plastic

I was thinking of doing that, just wanted to see if anyone had ideas for common items around the house I could use.

What size cage is that? Its a modified glass tank?

If you can only fit one hide in one way the tank is probably to small.

Whats the age and weight of your ball?

Have you thought about getting a bigger tank soon? I think your tank and not the hide is the real issue.

I second the shoe box idea. I've also used cheap plastic containers from the dollar bin at target etc. Just cut a hole and smooth the edges.

You can not clean shoe boxes. They are temporary hides that will eventually need to be replaced.

Even if you use a shoe box you will need atleast two and your cage is not offering enough space.
