SHE SHE SHEEEEE!!!! ;) its a pea coat hahaha i put it on her because EVERYONE (cough cough) always calls her a boy! No but really i work at a doggie daycare and boutique and i thought it was a ridiculous so i put it on her. I didnt buy it dont worry.
