They're out of Dallas. I recently bought some rats from them at the Oklahoma Reptile Expo and I am not too pleased. I almost wouldn't feed my snakes these rats. I bought 30 rat pups and 20 weaned rats. The weaned rats are perfect, packaged nicely, clean, complete rats. The pups on the other hand were not packaged as well, most of them are missing their tails and at least one leg, and they are extremely dirty. Also, the sizes are not very consistent with some of them being very small. Also, there was styrofoam stuck to the bottoms of some of the rats, and there were severed legs stuck to others' faces. Some of these rats will end up in the trash. I do not feel too safe feeding my snakes rats with sharp bones protruding out their legs. I will be confronting this vendor at the next reptile expo. I will also be ordering online from now on, since that was my only 'local' source for rats.

    Missing legs.

You can kind of see how this one has 2 feet stuck to it's face.

    Nicely packaged, vacuum sealed.

Not the worst, but these were just loose in a ziplock that had air in it.

I don't have any contact info for them but I'm going to try and get it from the people that run the expo. They don't have a website, evidently.

    Here's their website:
    http://www.petsnakesnacks.net/

No contact info from what I found. Go to where it says "Submit Order" and just type in that your having a problem with a recent purchase from them at the expo and have a question. Give them your email and tell them to please get in touch with you or you'll go to the BOI.

They came really highly recommend from people here in Oklahoma, I'm glad I didn't go to them for my rats. If I would have bought the 300 plus rodents I bought, through them, I'd be pissed.

I'll PM the Facebook page of the people I got mine from, he makes trips to his supplier every few months so just get with him on what you need and he'll follow through. Really great guy.
