    Baby wipes?
I seen on boaphile he uses baby wipes to wipe out the enclosures. So I was wondering if I can wipe my snake with them he got blood all over him from a thawed rat ( I guess they beat it to kill it I never seen a rat bleed from it's face like that ) is this ok?

You can just wipe him down with a wet washcloth. Less chemicals and softening agents.

ok, but water does not really clean anything. They are non scented alcohol free, they have a bit of aloe and vitamin e but all wipes do. Also would it be sae to wipe the tub with them. Just asking as I seen a breeder do it.

If you really want to disinfect an animal, I would suggest using diluted F10 or chlorhexidine. Honestly though a damp washcloth will do more than enough.

    Water will do just fine.
To clean the tub you can use F10, Chlorohex, Green Soap, Vinegar or Bleach

If you already have the baby wipes, go ahead and use them. It won't hurt anything.

Definitely use the baby wipes instead of bleach on the snake.
