Need help think my girl has a retained eye cap! :(

So no one is seeing it but me, but theres a little white on the ride of her eye and i think it looks dull compared to her other one, i tried to work it off with my thumb and a cue tip but i dont want to do much more, afraid ill hurt her eye. can someone please help :(
P.S i dont like using flash on my camera with her, but it was the only way i could get a good picture..

I don't really see anything. It's hard to tell in that kind of lighting. But one retain eye cap won't hurt your baby. Next shed just up the humidity

I wouldn't touch it, you run the risk of hurting the eye. Like said above bump up that humidity for the next shed.
