evolution reptiles warning

i paid for a rack 5 weeks ago and still haven't received it. i have emailed them numerous times through their contact page on their website and havent heard back from them. they dont give any contact information on their site. i filed a complaint with my credit card company and they say they will refund my money if evolution reptiles hasn't done anything about it in 2 more months. this is crap.

Most rack companies have a 7-9 week lead time. That being said, they should have at least gotten back to you about it.

Most racks and cages take awhile to get. I ordered three pvc cages from Repti-racks last July. I got the first in November, the second in December, and the third this month. That's 7 months to complete my order.

I would not get the refund on your card because if you do that 5 weeks you have waited will be for nothing and the clock will start over when you order else where.

I ordered my first herpstat 1 from them and had no issues. I'm sorry to hear their customer service is so poor :-(

Did you hear back from them? I deal with the owner as a business and we have always had a great experience with them. They have been through some growing changes and have been working hard on a new product that they are building in house but usually you can get a hold of them via email quickly. If you haven't resolved this yet you can shoot me your info and I will see what I can do. Send it to our sales@spyderrobotics.com email address.

P.s. Their new product looks sweet! That's all I can say about that. ;)

Sorry to hear the misfortune. I'm glad I have 2 rack builders within an hour of me. I can make an order and pick it up in about a week.

Wow someone waited SEVEN months for racks!?

No. That's ridiculous. I ordered 10 PVC racks from Greg West and it took less than a month to get the order.

i got an email saying my order was cancelled. then the next day i got an email saying my money was refunded. that was tuesday and i haven't gotten the refund yet.

I think we are lucky that Greg doesn't really do much business in the States as international shipping would probably be a headache. I have gotten a Herpstat II from him with intentions of getting a PVC cage when my snake grows out of her current enclosure (20L acrylic tank). I had no issues with him and thought he was a pleasure to deal with.
