Anybody have pictures of there really cool cage design setup for there ball python?... Any Ideas somebody would like to share, I think cage setup is a very interesting part of owning a ball python and makes the room just a tad bit more interesting. 8)

When i have a more permanent residence i plan on building an elaborate setup for my Ball pythons. I dont know if i will have one big one so i can put a male and a female in during breeding season. Or have a few small cages so i can display a few snakes at a time. I want to eventually breed ball pythons but right now i live in an apartment and i have 2 males and zero females but i am saving for getting 2 females from alex hue. But i want to put some natural looking plants and vines and use reptibark instead of carpet or aspen bedding. I want to create a natural habitat for my snakes. I am a wiz with AutoCad and drawing up plans and 3D rendering so maybe one day i will show a sketch.

I think cage designing is the second best thing next to actualy owning your ball. If you can make a comfortable enclosure for your little friend, while at the same time making a decent looking reptarium and keeping your room looking good you have done a really good job. I try not to change my tank to much because of the stressfullness for the snake but sometimes I might move things around or add a little bit. I usualy change my designs everytime I clean the tank. 8)

Here are some really old ones.

The plastic cage is a precision. It's now got a different setup and a different bp in it.

The bottom cage was taken apart and stipped for parts while I built the two newer cages. Now I have 1 precision, and 2 39"x22"x22" wooden cages for my bp's.
