Eh, it's simply supply and demand...and since you get spider offspring in the first generation, supply is easier to come by:)
I don't mind the lower prices on them now, just means you can get a great animal for less $$...

if spiders are then so are yellowbellys cinnys, black pastels, het reds, pastels and a number of other morphs now readily available for under $100.
Just wait a few years and some double gene combo's will also be in the $100 range, like spider/cinny, pastel yellowbelly, and more.

Despite the "market" opinion I will always have a spot in my heart for Spiders. Bumblebees are the reason I first got excited about ball pythons years ago. I have a male Bumblebee that will probably live at my house forever. I mean, he IS the reason I have the collection I do today. Enough rambling...Nice Spider! :cool:
