    Simple feeding question
My local pet store did not have any live feeders this week. My sons snake (416gr ball) is due to eat tomorrow or Friday. I thought it was a ok time to try a f/t. I bought a two pack of small rats. They are each about 50 gr. Is that size ok it's a little more than the 10% I've read on here is ideal. Plus any tips that have worked for on trying a f/t. I read a lot and am worried he won't even come put of the hide to see the rat.

    10-15% is good.

You'll just have to try and see if he takes it. Might have to do the zombie rat dance, might just have to leave it over night.

When doing the zombie dance, I like to hold it (with long tongs) behind the neck and make it walk around a bit. Then get closer and closer. Think like rat, be one with the rat. :p

    Good luck.

BHB feeds F/T, I believe. You shouldn't have any trouble. Make sure it's warm enough or he might not go for it.

Ever thought of buying frozen food over the net, I live in uk and buy all my food this way as not available in a local pet store. http://www.littlebigpet.co.uk/reptil...ood-c-430.html
