How do you guys attach your temprature probe to your rack?
I'm Interested in what everyone else does to regulate the temperature of their heat tape, and how they attach the probe!

I have an empty tub in my rack that I tape the probe right above where the heat tape is.

I am going to add my details, I place the probe on the middle 'shelf' heat tape personally I glue it down with hot melt and tape over it with rubber electrical tape. I place my 'fail safe' t-stat probe on the top 'shelf' fixed the same way. The probes MUST be secure and I would highly recommend a back up or a t-stat with a low temp shut down relay (herpstats). Racks due to the movement of the tub can easily dislodge the probe that depending on the heat source can be a lethal event.

I used a dremel to extend the channel for the wire, and then taped the probe to the flexwatt with clear packing tape. Extending the channel keeps the profile of the wire below the tub, decreasing the likelihood of it becoming dislodged when sliding the tub in or out.
