    Wants a second helping?
Well I fed Athena her usual rat today around noon and she took it like a champ. However, when I came upstairs just now to scan a picture, she came out looking hungry again. As soon as I sat down at the desk she came out of her hid in her striking position. I had moved her feeding tongs so I could get to the scanner and she stuck at the glass.

The little thing is acting like she's starving even though she eats every week.

The only think done differently this time around is that I waited the full 7 days instead of her usual 5 because I upgraded her to rats last month. And also, she took a giant record breaking dump yesterday and ruined my couch so I have no idea if that has anything to do with it.

Should I feed her every 5 days like I've been doing before I switched her? And would be okay if I gave her an adult mouse as a snack to hold her over?

Every now-and-then when one of my females looks hungry, I go ahead and feed her a second rat.
