    I need your opinion guys..
Because i saw my normal female (bred to a bumblebee) glowing a last 2 weeks. And i observed that ther is lump on his abdomen. So i think that maybe she is already gravid. Shes not eating from october up to now. Thats why i think shes gravid, because she didint ate anything, but there is a size on her abdomen.

She locked up again the other day. Checked her out last night, shes on pre shed. But when i checked her belly, the lump was gone. I dont know what happened.

This is the female im talking about. Just took this pic last night.

This one is my other female. Bred to a bumblee also. Shes still eating. What do you think of the lumps on her belly?her last locked up with my be is 1 or 2weeks ago. But she still eats like monster. You can still see the tail of the rat. :))

I am not too sure on your first female and the lump you are talking about. Try palpating here....there are some good youtube videos out there on how to do that.

As far as your second female goes ,it looks as if she is building and that is a good sign. Keep pairing both of them girls up until you see an ovy.

But i notice something few weeks ago, on her glowing stage. But now when i checked her, i dont see any size on the abdomen.

Usually after the glow, how many weeks before she lays an egg?

Glowing doesn't guarantee eggs. Only an ovulation guarantees eggs (or slugs). Here is an approximate timeline for breeding: http://ballpython.ca/gallery/breeding.html

So, by back calculation, it sounds like the lump you witnessed was the beginning of her ovy (which is why it was less pronounced), and she was done by the time you looked back in on her (when the lump was gone). :)

Yes, ovulation usually only lasts about a day. Then, the follicles officially become eggs (or slugs). If you see an ovulation, then she is definitely going to lay something, even if it isn't fertilized/viable.
