    Ah this is a lovely contraption that liquifies pinkies so that they can be fed to very young snakes. At least I'm almost positive that's what they are.. other know far more than I however. :)

    EDIT: Nevermind! haha see posts below for the real answer - gotcha! :)
    Thanks guys for clearing this up - as it turns out it DOES NOT liquify but instead simplifies feeding to make it easier than force feeding.

    A pinky pump does not liquify pinkies, it is a contraption used to force the pinky into the snake that is not feeding, easier than trying to force it in by hand.

    Couldn't have put it better my self.
    We use them for young colubreds as force feeding any animal is detrimental, but those peenie colubreds are way to fragile.
