I need a name for my new BP!

I am bringing home a late 2012 hatchling in a few days and I can't think of what to name her! She is a normal/pastel mix, with beautiful dark yellow coloring. Just looking for some ideas and suggestions. What are your female BP's names?

Is she a normal? Or a pastel? You can't really have a normal/pastel mix.

As for names of my female girls: I have Anuna, Severus (long story), Callie, Charlotte, and Fluffy.

Naming can be a hassle, but hopefully you'll find a name that just clicks. Good luck with your new baby!

I dont think we can be the ones to name her! Just go with what feels right to you, what do you think about when you see her? I named my Ball Absalom, after the caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland. I googled it to see if it had a meaning, In hebrew it means "Father of Peace" The whole thing was kinda sentimental. It was cool time. But ya, Its up to you :)

I'm new to having BP's so I'm not really sure what to call her morph. I guess she's just a normal but the parents were pastel male x normal female, so it made sense to me that she would be a mix of the two :oops:

Pastel is a co-dominant morph so if one parent was Super Pastel and other normal all offspring would be Pastels.
If one parent is Pastel and the other Normal then each offspring has a 50-50 chance of being either a normal or a Pastel.
Hope that helps in figuring out your pets paintjob. And, really that is all these morphs are is paintjobs, a plain jane normal is just as cool of a snake for a pet as a $20k 4 gene morph. (With the exception of female Desert morphs, never buy those as anything but a pet as so far they seem to be sterile).

My ball python's name is Bernadette, after the show the Big Bang Theory lol. :)
