    The glow
    I think I see what your talking about when you say your snake is glowing. I have a female who is normally very dark and now she is actually looking silver. She's like a different snake. Where would that put her in the breeding process.

    Glow can start around 6 weeks prior to ovulation.

    They glow before ovulation.
    So it's a good sign to expect an ovy soon.

    The glow starts shortly after their preov shed, goes on during their ovy and fades as they go into prelay shed.
