Cold packs and hot packs for shipping

I was wondering if you guys can direct me towards some sort of cold pack that's either air or squeeze activated (doesn't have to be frozen) that's approx the size of a heat pack (4'' x 3'' or 4'' x5'' or something like that)?

I also would need to know how many hours it would be good for.


Also need cheapest pricing on heat packs, same deal as far as size, time, and activation.

I am not aware of a cold pack product that generates its own temperature drop.
