Just a rant about a seller!! grrrrr!

I just want to blow off some steam about a CL seller!! This dude is apparently jerking some kind of chain... He posted his snakes on CL to sell BC apparently he lost his job and needs the $$/his wife is making him give them up..... whatever. Anyway, he has a 1000+g F Kingpin that we've already agreed on, and scheduled a pickup date of the day after tomorrow. Even messaged me the other day to make sure we were still on, as he needs the money! So I'm over here future pairing her in my head, and he just messages me out of the blue 'I may just keep her, she's locked a few times over the last month w my Bee.' Grrrrrrr! Don't list something to SELL if you're not going to follow through!!! Just really chapps my derriere!! :rage: I haven't responded, as I feel ignoring him is the politest course of action right now.... -_-

I feel ya! I just posted a simular thread about CL people in the general boa section. Long story short talked to a person at length they assured me the animals were healthy and when I got there they had horrible wounds from rubbing and RI's. Ughh some people.

That IS frustrating!! And even more so that their animals were in such poor health! :( makes me sad. I hate getting my hopes up, too, only to be disappointed. It's bad business, anyway....

That's what you get when you look for a cheap deal, you deal with the drama, BS and headache, in other words you get what you pay for. ;)

Personally I chose quality animals, customer service and professionalism over cheap deals that's why I buy from reputable breeders. :thumbup:

HAHA. That is so funny. Good he backed out of the deal with you. I know who you are talking about and he just recently picked up the kingpin and said he got it for a steal and then was trying to sell it at market price the next day, without any quarantine. He is from Indiana, correct??
