Seller on ks, anyone know Chris Bethel?

I've searched the Boi and can't find anything on him, he has an ad on Ks, according to ks he's been a registered user there since 2003. But I can't find anything on him. Has anyone dealt with him? If so was it good or bad?

So if I can't find any feedback on this guy would any of you be comfortable buying from him?

What questions would you ask to see if this guy is legit?

Nothing yet? Just looking for suggestions. Would this be safe if purchased through PayPal (if it were a scam would I get my money back from them)?

Not everyone posts a BOI thread when they have an experience with a breeder - ESPECIALLY if there weren't any problems. So, although a good resource, it might not mean anything if he doesn't have a review. Just talk to him, look at the animals and records, and go with your gut. Too good to be true usually is, and if something feels off, pay attention to that feeling.
