Paul Mitchell of PMHerps.com has some nice hog islands too. I got mine from him last year and couldn't be happier with him. And I know Paul does vend White Plains.

I have limited dealings with him but I asked this question about a year ago and got overwhelming positive feedback about Gus at Rio Bravo Reptiles. They are very focused on maintaining pure blood and offer several localities of pure blood captive bred boas.
