Worth the trade? Opinions please.

So a buddy has male ghost 600grams.

Want to trade and I offered my male proven butter 1500grams.

I have a female spider, female ghost, male butter het ghost, female dinker, and a big normal female ms. Sookie .

Idk if its a good trade.
Since I have the male butter 100% het ghost.

Wouldn't the BHG be the same and better to breed?

Personally, I would pass. While you would have all visual ghosts if you breed to your female, you would have no combo potential. Your butter het ghost should do the job just fine.

For my money I wouldn't.

The only thing he adds is an increased percentage of visual ghosts when bred to your female ghost and the ability to produce 100% hets from the other females.

I'd keep looking.

Yeah that's my thought as well.

Morph Het's are valued well compared to just a visual Ghost. A lot of 100% recessive morphs are going for more than just a plain visual recessive.

I'd keep your Butter Het Ghost and play the odds- plus at 1500g you know he has experience and the 600g Ghost may not be a "smooth operator" with the girls.

I agree to pass. That trade is only worth about 100 right now, maybe 150 for a high quality larger male ghost. However, I would easily pay 250-350 depending on the quality of your male lesser het ghost. Do not make this trade.
