    Hide Temperatures
So according to my thermometer, under the tank is 92 and my ambient is 77. My temp gun reads the inside of the hide is at 79. Is that ok? Or should the inside be hotter for proper digestion?

Inside of the hide as in floor of the cage in the hide, or the hide itself?

Where is your thermostat probe? where are any thermometer probes?

The floor of the cage in the hot side hide should be 88-92 degrees. The hide itself will likely be a few degrees above ambient.

I aimed my temp gun on the substrate of the hide. My thermometer probes are hot glued to the bottom of the tank under the substrate. The hot one is just above the UTH. My thermostat probe is between my UTH and the bottom of the tank. I just wanted to make sure what temperatures the inside of my hides should be.
