    You could go with a...
    10g tank with a nice tight lid.
    Exotera type of cage.
    17L Really Useful Box. (I love these things)

    You'll want something wider than taller.

    I use Eco-Earth type of substrate for my Ts. You can give her a couple of hides and a small shallow water dish.
    Most pet stores believe that they need to drink out of a sponge. This is wrong!

    They don't need a lot of humidity. 50-60% range with temps around 75-85ish

    At that size, don't keep the substrate wet. I like to overfill the water dish some and let it soak in.
