    Sterilite tub size?
I'm going to move my BP from an aquarium to a tub but I'm not sure what size to get him. He's only 20 inches. What size tub would be good? Thanks!

I've been thinking about getting a 28 qt tub. Is this too big for a 20 inch BP?

That sounds fine with plenty of room.

28qt would be great and last most of its life.
I run lids on all of mine in the racks ;)

I'm guna assume he means for a standalone bin. Not for one placed in a rack.

if you plan on going with a rack in the future either a budget rack like www.animalplastics.com economy line or a DIY rack like the one im in the process of building id recommend the sterilite stubs like the 15quart and 32quart locking lid clear tubs(always good to have locking lids, but the locks are removed easily enough to fit in a rack later). I really liked these two sizes mostly because they can be stacked either 4x 32quart tubs or 8x 15quart tubs, or anything in between, like mine will be set with 2x 32qt and 4x 15qt for now, but i can always change it is the point. just something to think about..

this is straight off animal plastics website
    "Rack Size..31Hx24Wx18D
    Shelves.....4 Shelves High
    Tubs.......Sterilite Box 1753(15qt)
    or Sterlite Box 1755(32qt)
    Tub Size..17x11x6(15qt)

    23½x17x6(32qt) "

and that's basically what i used to design and build mine 4 high

i cant imagine this will be your only snake :) thats why i suggested the rack
sorry if this post is kind of long best of luck with what you end up doing! ^.^
