    Switching to every two weeks
I was thinking about switching my (over) two year old ball and my (over) year old Nelson milk over from every week being fed same girth sized rats to rats that are a little larger every two weeks. I only was thinking about this because both of them have pretty much stopped their growing and occassionally stop eating because of over feeding (I've made sure that it's not a husbandry problem many times, not that it could be but I can't find in my healthy snakes at all).

I was wondering if anyone is against it or if you've done/doing it how it's going for you?

I say do it. Personally I think its healthy for snakes to have breaks between meals, after all thats how they evolved.

I don't see a problem with this and it certainly wouldn't hurt to try it however if your milk is only 1-2 years old it isn't done growing.

Thank you both! I was most curious about the milk snake so I'll keep him on once a week but switch my ball to every two weeks!
