    Yellow belly or normal?
I know these pics aren't the very best, but can anyone tell me if this is a yellow belly or a Normal? The pet shop owner says she is a Yellow Belly... however, he also thinks bearded dragons change colors like chameleons do... -_- anyone? I know they aren't the best pics... she also has a clear belly. He is asking $100 for her.....

A belly picture would be great but from the second picture I would say No.

I wasn't sure if I should trust his judgment... so I thought I'd ask you guys, the experts! :D She does have a really clear belly, but I was still skeptical. I may go back and see if I can get a pic of her belly too, just for poops and haha's... He also was like "Yeah, see? She's definitely a female... look at her tail." Which I had to bite my lip not to tell him he was sooo wrong, you can't tell that way. lol

Looks nothing like a yb to me, but belly pics would confirm that.
Many yb's do not have clear bellies, so that's not really an indicator either.

This is a busy patterned yb belly

Cant tell just by the body so you would def need to get belly pics.

As far as Beardies go, they do change colors like a chameleon. They change colors when they are hot or cold, when they fight, for mating or when they are in water. They just don't have extreme colors and don't change colors to blend into their environment.

I have owned Beardies as well... and a Veiled Chameleon. What he was saying was that if you put them against different colored backgrounds, they will change to blend with their background, just like a chameleon... which is not true. :)

Thanks everyone, I think the general consensus is that it's a Normal... lol I'm glad I didn't get railroaded, and thank you all too, for educating me :)
