Shedding

I have a baby ball that was born On Sept 11/12 and had shed twice when I picked her up on Nov 16/12. She eats well, a fuzzy every seven days (ft) her heat is good around 90 on one side but she likes cooler temps on the cool side by cool I mean 72 to 75.
My question is she has not shed since I got her should I be concerened.:confusd:

What is her weight? Rat fuzzies are kind of small, especially if you are on a 7 day feeding schedule. I would bump up to rat pups. If she doesn't grow much there is no need to shed. Since you are using a smaller food item once a week, she may be metabolizing most of it to maintain the weights she's at. If you go up a size, my guess is you'll see a change.

That cool side sounds too cold. Also, how is the humidity? Can you post a pic of her in her set up?

Feed your snake larger prey items and/or more often. I feed my babies twice a week.

They won't shed unless they grow.

I'm not being confrontational here, I really am just curious...How do you know this? Does she spend a lot of time on that side? I ask because that seems really cold. My snake is cool to the touch after I've had her out for awhile and my house is about 75*. When I put her back, she immediately hits the heat mat!

72-75 is too cold. That's the perfect temperature to get respiratory infections

Thanks for the replies I will try her on a bigger mouse at feeding. As to the temp she just seems to spend half her day on the cooler side. I have belly heat on one side should I put a heat lamp on the cooler side to warm it up more? Look forward to all suggestions.

You really should do something, yeah. The easiest is probably a heat lamp or ceramic heat emitter, but if you're using a tank you'll have to keep a closer eye on your humidity. If you have trouble keeping it up, there are a lot of suggestions on here that you could find with a quick search, or just ask of course.

Yes I will give the lamp a try she is in a tank at this time so I will keep an eye on the humidity.

I use a tank too and my humidity won't hold if I don't do a little extra. I have tried a lot of what I've read on here, but the most convenient for me (that has gotten the best results) is to cover a little over half of the screen top with a wet (not sopping, dripping wet) dish towel.
