wire management inside tubs

So my girls are growing at a sturdy pace. right now i have them on dividers, snake on one side therometers on the other and i would stuff the excess cables on the empty side. I think they are almost ready for the complete tub experience and I should be removing their divider after a feeding or 2. Now with out the dividers I don't know where i can stash the excess cables. The accurite thermometer has at least 15 feet wiring (maybe exaggerated but its long enough to wrap around the tub 2 times.) How can i keep the tub relatively wire free and clean without sticking the excess cables outside around the tub? (can't have too much wiring outside the tub as it makes it hard to slide the tub in and out of the rack. what do you guys do to monitor temp inside individual tubs? I prefer not checking on them one by one with temp gun, I like to be able to quickly scan if the temp is right.

You can leave the accurite thermometer on the top of the rack, bundle the excess wiring in a bread tie leaving just enough to go into the tub and read the temperature of the hot spot.
Open the top tub and scan, open the middle tub and scan, open the bottom tub and scan.
Takes what 1 minute total maybe two, I check tubs pretty much every day with my temp gun, it's about as easy as you get.
The t-stat can mount on the wall and the probe goes against the heat tape on one of the shelves, at least that's how it typically goes.

than the accurite can't monitor the cold side temperature? i like to have both as for some reason the fuse in my house central heating keep on going out. the cold side is usually 2-3 degrees above room temp but not always. i do check with temp gun but I'm quite busy sometimes i pop into my room for under 10 second before i'm on my way again i want to do a visual scan to make sure everything is alright.

T stat probe is tape properly and the t stat i have secure to the top of the rack so thats not a problem.

Do everybody with rack just temp gun check?

Temp gun check here. I scan a few tubs in each rack every day when I'm feeding/cleaning/checking locks/watering, etc....

It takes just a few minutes. Heat tape is not perfectly consistent even in the same single piece in a rack.

I only use a temp gun, and check everyday sometimes twice a day :P

alright maybe i should rethink my approach than =\ really nobody uses thermometer in their tubs like me? :(

no wires in tubs except my "temp check" tub that I rotate through the rack to double check temps.

I use a temp gun in my large racks but in my baby rack I have two 6qt tubs that have thermometers in them. My baby rack will hold 70 tubs so I can afford to give two spots up.

No termometers in my racks either. I check with the temp gun an a regular basis. I also heat the room so the ambient temps stay good. You stated that you have occasional problems with the heater in your house malfunctioning. I would say just having the accurite outside you will know if the ambient room temps drop due to a heater failure and will know it will be cooler on the cold side of the tubs. My cool end tub temps always are about 4 degrees warmer than the ambient room temp. SnakesRkewl´s advice is good.

I use a probed thermometers in the rack too. Personally I find the accurites too large, bulky, and inaccurate. I don't use them. I just use (checked) probed aquarium types, the unit held on the out side of the tub with a magnet and the probe suction cup held where I want it.

The top slot has two hot and cool. The middle hot only and the bottom hot and cool. I have found the others will be between the top and bottom so I know the range. Once a week I gun every one. I have stable rh ( humidify the room) so I just check the room rh wise.
