What's the weirdest job interview you've ever had? Any unusual interview questions?

I was hired for my current job out of 500-800 candidates. The last question in the interview was "If you could be any fictional character, who would you be?" My answer, Barney Stinson. When I was offered the position, I replied "Challenge accepted." True story!

Only have had 1 job. Interview was pretty normal.

My interviews have always been normal, but I've never actually been hired at my current job. My now-boss called me a few days after my interview and said that they'd like me to come in for a few hours a few days in a row just to get a feel for whether or not I'd be a good fit. He never did actually offer me the position. It's been four years now.

He did tell me much later that he wanted to ask me if there's any way he could convince me not to dye my hair black anymore if he did offer me the job. If he would have asked me that, I'd still have black hair, even though I was over it.
