There are many breeders in the US that have Export Permits and CITES clones ready to ship at a moments notice. The major problem with China is that the government is very strict on issuing Import Permits. Therefore step one in the process is to find someone that can obtain the import permit from your country. Once you have that (not easy to do), then getting a shipment is as easy as contacting someone in the States that has an Export permit.

easier route would be to import to hong kong and getting 1-2 snake from hong kong back to china shouldn't be that big of a problem. i will say no more
