Is there a lump at all near her vent?

Any chance you could post a picture? There are lots of reasons it could be red.

I will post a picture as soon as I can.. She looks full like right after a meal but she hasn't crapped.. Will a Luke warm bath/soak help her out?

The bath definitely can't hurt. Just soak her and leave her alone to soak in the water. Make sure the water doesn't get cold, and check on her every 5 minutes or so. That usually does the trick for me.

I would definitely post a picture first though. Mine never gets a red vent, and the red vent thing could be something that can get irritated by the water.

Also, what substrate are you using? What are your temps and humidity?

It could be that she's about to pass a urate or defecate. A picture would be helpful.

She's soaking now so I can get her skin off.. But the humidity in the cage is fine
