I would pass on all of those fires, far too busy and dark for my liking.

Firebelly would be a good choice, but the quality has to be there,
    call me mr picky :P

    I agree.
They're quite busy and not really gold.
    I like fireflies.
    But everyone has different goals.

#4 is the nicest, but I'd still pass. Lot's of fliers.

I'd be looking at a FireFly.... and I actualy am. I have a 0.1 FF and adding a solid 2 gene 1.0 FireFly would help out a lot with my collection. I'm getting to the point on females where I need to start adding stronger males. I've talked to a few breeders this season who let females sit because they didin't have enough males to go around.

I agree, I am not to keen on any of those Fires.

This is my Flame, and she is what I look for in a Fire type. Very clean and gold color. (Bred by Amir)

Same with Fire Spiders. (bred by Jon's Jungle)

A Fire Belly is a great choice. THis is what mine looks like, and I think he is very quality stock. Bred by Mark Petros.

In the end, get what you like. But, always keeping quality in the forefront will pay dividends later.

I think I would personally pass on those as well. There are higher quality examples out there. Although I am somewhat spoiled by the Fires I got from Steph on here. It's all what you like.

Good choice, there's much better quality of fires out there and being a brightening gene you want a good one.

This is our fire male we held back, hardly any spots and super reduced, he might even see a yellowbelly female soon :)

LOL I came back to this thread a few hrs later to comment on how beautiful that Firebelly is. It has been on my mind since it was posted.
