    Tank bouncing??
Today my bp has decided he's not happy anywhere. He has been bouncing from his hot hide to his cold hide and back all morning and now he has decided to sleep on top of his cold hide. I know it's not a temp issue, his hot side is 90, his cool side is 80... Nothing has changed and he just started this today. He usually prefers behind his water bowl to sleep during the day, which is dead center of the tank.

it sounds like a temperature issue. What are you using to measure your temps?

A digital thermostat on each side of his tank, one reading the hot side and the temp in his hot hide and the other reading his cold side and the temp in his cold hide. I use a heat lamp with a dimmer,so I measure the temps in and out of his hide to ensure its not baking inside them.
