    Weight gain and shed?
My het white damond female has locked with the het male 5 or six times. Her weight has gone from 1648g on 10/1 to 2263g on 1/1 (she's been feeding, 1 ASF per week). Last few times I put them together, I havent seen any locks. She is looking very fat, and has gone into shed. Can anyone shed any light on this, as to where I am in the process. I need to make an incubator.

    Thanks
    Brian

I would have started making you incubator about 2 months ago. You planned to breed so it should have already been done, that way you can have the temps all ready to go and everything running smoothly. I can't really shed any other light on the process though. Good luck.

I agree on the incubator build, you do not want to get caught with eggs and still trying to figure out incubation.

From the sounds of the weight gain your female is building and growing follicles and adding more weight that way.
If I had to make a guess she may be going into preov shed, but that's just going off weight gain and a shed period.
