    How long have you been pairing her? She doesn't really look gravid yet. If she is glowing then she hasn't OVY'd yet, but will soon. Good luck! Hope you hit great odds!

    I guess that's what I meant. I thought gravid was the term used for the whole process. I guess I'm waiting for the ovy.so she is probably producing follicles at this point.

    I know what y'all mean about glowing now this snake looks so pretty she looks wet. What stage of building is this. My pastel is sitting on her bowl constantly which is farther along

    glowing happens after the preov shed and last through ovulation and fades away as the female goes into prelay shed.
    Keeping track of how far apart a female sheds will give you an idea of how long until ovy.

    Most of my bigger girls shed about every 12 weeks so their ovy's are typically about the 9th week after preov shed.
