OMG I'm senile LMAO... was thawing a rat for my ball python tonite.....

I nuked the water til it was warm, added rat in zip loc bag, then looked in cabinet to find something to cover the rat. THOUGHT I saw the lid to a coffee maker carafe, so grabbed it and tossed it over the rat to trap in heat. Hubby asked me a little later "why did you cover the rat with your daughter's collectable CD???".... oooooopppppppsssss!!! rofl

Does it help thaw rats better than it sounds? :D
