    Got bored, built a light tent. Here are the test shots.
    I know nothing of photography, but decided I needed a light tent. Any suggestions on how to improve the shots? Shot with a Fujifilm Finepix S4000.

    What is your light set up? 1/3/more? It kind of looks like you're using a single light from above, if so, adding a light on both sides might brighten it up. If you're already doing that, oops! New to the light tent scene myself :D

    Yes, 1 light from above. 23 watt daylight CFL (like a 100 watt incandescent). I've thought about lighting the sides, too. Maybe I'll pick up a few more lamps.

    I don't think the cfl's are as bright. I'm still learning about lights and cameras too though.
