Advice and Questions about my Setup.Humidity and Temp Questions.
Alright so I've been trying to get my setup perfect for a BP.
Temps are
80-81 on the cool side
86-88 on the warm side.
Humidity ranges between 54-64 on the cool side but on the warm side has gone down as far as 38 and high is 65.

Now I just have a couple questions and also any tips or advice I will gladly take.
1.I know that a BP is suppose to have a hot spot of 90 degrees but does that mean one side of the tank has to be 90 or the surface area of where the UTH is has to be 90ish?
2.As you can see from photos I have a heat lamp overtop to help with ambient air since it is December and cold. But because of that the warm side seems to has very little humidity in compared to the cool side.I've already tried using sphagnum moss on the warm side to help with humidity but it dries out way too fast. I am using a mix of Cypress Mulch and Aspen Bedding for my substrate.Any advice on this?

I'm trying. The surface temp is good. The UTH is under the hide and provides 88-90 surface temp right above it.The air temp on the warm side hasn't gone up to 90 at all.I've tried warming my room all together but that raises the cool side to about 84-85ish.Any other way you think I could that?
