Black Pastel Female & Pied Male
I was wondering what I could get if I breed my Black Pastel female to my Male Pied? I am very new and not familiar with all the pairings and genetics yet. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!:)

    Ally.
The genetic wizard on worldofballpythons.com is an awesome tool. You just plug in what you're wanting to breed and it'll show you the offspring that can be produced and the chances of getting them.

Because Piebald is recessive, you would need a het piebald or a visual piebald to get any piebald offspring

Piebald needs matching genes to produce a visual snake, so you would have best results with breeding him to a black pastel het. pied. And you may have a chance of producing the double gene of a black pastel pied....I theenk

You won't get any pieds, you will get normal het pieds, and black pastel het pieds. All will be 100% het pieds since your pied is a visual recessive.
