Question about how long between feedings
I have a quick question about how long to go between feedings. My guy Zeus is going on 6 months and is around 425g. I have been feeding him adult mice (between 25-29g) and recently went to feeding him 2 adult mice for a combined weight of around 42-44g. His last feeding on Tuesday I gave him his first rat (60g) and he took down like he's been on rats all his life. So my question is should I know switch to feeding him every 7 days or keep to his 4-5 day spread? Thanks for your input.

My youngest male normal is almost 400 grams and is eating a small rat every 5 to 7 days. This seems to work well for my little guy.

If you're going to be feeding him a large meal each week you can switch it to every 7 days. That's what I would do.

I feed my two ball pythons and my borneo short tail every 7 days. I feed on Tuesdays.
I think every 5-7 days is fine as long as you stick to that schedule.

Assuming he is a pet and not a breeding male, I would feed every 7-10 days. And I would immediately switch to rats. Small rats! IMO they are way more nutritiuos.

I feed small rat every 6 days. By day 5, she's prowling because she knows it's feeding time soon.
