Need opinions on swapping ball python.
    Hello, bp.net
I need your opinion on this.
I would like to swap my male ivory Pastel (just hatch on 12dec) with a 291gram male Queenbee.

How would you do it? Direct swap or add some cash to make it a fair trade.

You could always ask the person you are trading with what they think is fair.

you will have to define your point of reference on "fair": are we talking about market value fair or your's and the other person's enjoyment of your respective new pets fair or you got the better end of the deal fair, etc.

IMO if you have an about equal tier value (trading oranges for oranges even if one is a navil and the other on is a cara cara sub hybrid) and both get great appreciation of your new family member the rest is just opinions from other parties that were not involved in the transaction. If you are happy about it, and the other party is happy about it who cares if one came up a few pennies or hell even a few dollars ahead. Personally I would keep the ivory but only because with my current collection and my futures projects it would not integrate well...and that would be the only reason.
