Leopard Ball Python questions
Hey all I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.
I was thinking about getting a female leopard ball.
I heard that there is a theory that all leopard balls are 100% het pied. Does anyone know if this has proven true yet?
I have a male pied and was thinking a leopard would be a good addition to my collection.

People have claimed to have leopard pieds that produce all leopards (in other words they are super leopards) And so far no one has been able to make a leopard and prove it out not to be "het pied". There were rumors of someone doing it but I couldn't find any facts on it. So as far as I can see, everything points at Leopard and Pied being part of the same complex, same locus different alleles. Leopard is just more visual that het pied. That my story until more info comes in.
Very interesting this is the first I heard of this concept. One Recessive and one "Dominant", you gotta love ball pythons.
