Frogs galore:::

    Hi all,
    Recently we took in 7 new frogs, turns out to be 4 whites tree frogs, 2 foam nest tree frogs, and a leopard frog.

    they are doing well. Only one whites is still being medicated, but they are fairing well otherwise.

    Newest monitor rescue:
    You know, speaking of frogs (toads maybe)... I saw these poor Green Horned Frogs at PetsMart yesterday. Ya'll ALL know the tiny plastic cups that Bettas are kept in? These poor guys were each in one of those with just a little bit of damp moss in there. I really should have said something, but what were they going to do? Fix it? Ha... Yeah right... I'm sorry... I had to vent. They had an albino one in a regular size cage, but why not the green ones? GRRR!

    Great news, Rusty!

    Becky...sorry to hear about those frogs...but maybe they're only kept in those little cups for a short time for display (not that that makes it right!) and they go back into some larger tank to sleep in. Maybe. Hopefully. ...as you said...yeah right.

    Cool frogs! If you need any leo frog advice, just ask me. I have been keeping those guys for years. here's a pic of Rayna, my big female Plains Leo, eating a worm. Good luck with the frogs...:)
