    Shed issues
My snake shed last night but had part of the shed still stuck on her neck. I tried using a damp cloth to help out but could only get off so much. i did what the "bad shed? No Problem" article said and it helped too. However it looks like maybe the shed from her head isnt coming off. she still has what i have come to call her "cape". Her eyes are clear so im wondering whats wrong. I've been doing my best to keep her humidity levels up but i was wanting some advise from you guys. i will post pictures. The skin in loose towards the tail and still attached to the neck.

I just did it for the first time. The head seemed to me the most difficult because they naturally want to keep it high and dry. After a nice long soak while handling the snake, I just slowly and gently, for quite a while, rubbed my wet thumb forward toward the head. Then up the cheeks and the top of the back of the head. It seemed like the snake would help me by turning his head into my finger. Things got interesting as the shed pulled past the eyes and toward the nose. I just rubbed slow and gentle and it all came off. Noob here, but I did it an hour ago and he looks like new.
